File Manager
The File Manager is your account’s view of everything stored on the platform — the files you have uploaded as pipeline inputs, and the results your jobs have produced. Open it from the card at the top of the Dashboard, or go to /file-explorer.
The header shows how much storage your account is currently using.
Browsing
Section titled “Browsing”Files are organised in folders, shown as a tree on the left. Select a folder to list its contents; select a file to see its details. Job outputs land here automatically, so a completed run’s results are reachable without going back through the job list.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Download | Any file in the tree |
| Upload | Add files to a folder directly, without going through a pipeline form |
| Rename | Files and folders |
| Delete folder | Removes the folder and every file inside it |
Reusing a file on a new job
Section titled “Reusing a file on a new job”The main reason to come here is to avoid re-uploading. When a pipeline form asks for an input file, you can pick an existing file from the File Manager instead of uploading a fresh copy — useful when several pipelines consume the same AIRR bundle, or when you want to chain one pipeline’s output into the next.
